You can go back to an incomplete delivery at any time to update its information before marking it as completed. Here's how:
1. Go to the Deliveries screen
In the left navigation bar, click Deliveries.
2. Search for the delivery that you want to mark as completed
By browsing through the Deliveries screen
Browse through the Deliveries list screen and look for the entry corresponding to the incomplete delivery (see View deliveries).
Tip: Use search, sort, or filter
You can apply some or all these simultaneously to find deliveries (see How do I look for a delivery?).
3. Update the delivery
Update the delivery information as necessary (see Update or edit deliveries).
4. Complete the delivery
When you have finished updating the incomplete delivery, click Complete.
