Deliveries in Waypath allows you to keep track of physical movements of your commodities in your organization.
In Deliveries, you can see information about your deliveries and its corresponding receipts and issues.
Deliveries can be accessed from the left navigation bar by clicking Deliveries.
View delivery details
In the Deliveries list screen, you can see all deliveries and their corresponding color-coded status (see Delivery status explained). Click an item to see its details.
Tip Click on any blank space on the column headers, and then press the left or right arrow keys to scroll the Deliveries list horizontally.
The delivery details screen appears. This can be downloaded or printed for your reference by clicking the Download or Print icons on the top right (see Download or print delivery details and receipts).
Quickly find or analyze your deliveries
Delivery receipts and issues
Deliveries have corresponding receipts and issues, which are also available in the Deliveries screen. These are hidden unless you choose to make them visible by enabling the Show all receipts and issues slider in the Filter Options pane (see Filter deliveries).
Receipts and issues, when set to visible, are displayed below the corresponding delivery record (see Delivery receipts and issues explained).
Tip When receipts and issues are set to visible, you can easily spot them in the Deliveries screen by looking at the first letter in the Record ID.
Receipts of a corresponding completed/finalized delivery have a Record ID that is preceded by ‘R’ (e.g., R113000010, ‘R’ stands for Receipt).
Issues of a corresponding completed/finalized delivery have a Record ID that is preceded by ‘I’ (e.g., I113000010; ‘I’ stands for Issue).
Receipts and Issues can also be accessed from the Receipt/Issue link in the From section of a downloadable and printable delivery record.
