If a contract is completed, you will not be able to create more deliveries onto it.
In the delivery form, when creating a new delivery onto a contract, only contracts with Open and In Progress status can be seen in the Contract drop-down menu.
How do I deliver onto a completed contract?
You need to revert the completed contract’s status to its previous state first (see Revert a contract to its previous status) before you can deliver onto the contract.
Once reverted, you can create additional deliveries onto the contract, or update or cancel deliveries linked to the contract. See:

Tip Creating deliveries in the mobile app while in Offline Mode
Depending on when your mobile app was last synced and when the contract completion happened, you might be able to create a delivery onto a completed contract in Offline Mode.
If a delivery was made onto a completed contract, AgriDigital Onfarm will send you an email notification and accept the over delivery. It is recommended, however, that you review the linked deliveries to the completed contract and see if there are adjustments needed, to accurately capture your contracts and deliveries.
- Update or edit the delivery
- Cancel or delete the delivery
- Simply ignore the notification if the delivery is valid.
