If the Waypath mobile app is not working as expected, you can try the following to troubleshoot and fix the issue:
- Check your Internet connection
- Check the Waypath Status Monitor site
- Close and reopen the app
- Restart your device
- Check for updates
If the options above fail, you can also try the following.
*Important: All changes that are still pending sync will be deleted when you clear the app cache, or delete and reinstall the app. Unsynced information that will be deleted includes, but is not limited to deliveries, vehicle profiles, bins, and storage locations.
