If the Waypath mobile app is slowing down or facing intermittent issues, clearing the cached data or reinstalling the app may help.
*Important: All changes that are still pending sync will be deleted when you clear the app cache. Unsynced information that will be deleted includes, but is not limited to deliveries, vehicle profiles, bins, and storage locations. Note any details of pending sync records before doing the steps below.
For iOS and Android
- On the Waypath mobile app, go to More > Advanced Settings.
- Tap Logout and clear.
