If the Waypath mobile app is slowing down or facing intermittent issues, reinstalling the app may help.
*Important: All changes that are still pending sync will be deleted when you delete and reinstall the app.Unsynced information that will be deleted includes, but is not limited to deliveries, vehicle profiles, bins, and storage locations. |
For iOS
Step 1: Delete the app
- Touch and hold the Waypath app.
- Tap the Remove App icon that appears on the top of the Waypath app icon.
- Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
Step 2: Reinstall the app
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap your Apple ID image on the top right corner.
- Tap Purchased.
- Find Waypath, then tap the Download button.
For Android
*Some steps may vary depending on the device you are using.
Step 1: Delete the app
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap Menu > My apps & games.
- Tap Waypath.
- Tap Uninstall.
Step 2: Reinstall the app
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Use the search bar to find Waypath.
- Tap Install.
